Responsibilities:
Performs and leads the consumer sales and service function within a banking center. In addition, this position motivates the team, acts decisively, thrives on change, leads by example, has a passion for selling, increases productivity, champions innovation, and coaches with impact.
Requirements:
One must demonstrate: strong leadership and sales success; the ability to coach, motivate and develop a team; teamwork across departments; networking ability; excellent written and verbal communication skills; outstanding customer service orientation; strong time management skills. Bachelor's degree (or applicable work experience) and a minimum of 2 years retail banking experience are preferred; proven sales and service management abilities are required. In addition, business development and relationship management experience are required.
Hours:
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with rotating Saturdays.
