The Inbound Sales & Service Agent will build and develop strong customer
relationships by actively listening, providing quality service and effective
solutions to issues in a professional, courteous manner. Focus and identify the needs of each customer in an effort to provide enhanced product(s) and service offerings which would add value to the relationship.

Requirements:

After completing a hands-on training program Sales & Service Agents will be responsible for the following duties: Handle outbound phone contacts regarding specific UMB bank products; Will work in a predictive dialer environment; Code each phone call appropriately. Maintain knowledge of the Service Center's products and related services; Cross-sell the appropriate products and services to customers. Assist in the implementation of the Service Center's sales strategies and goals. Must have knowledge of a PC preferred (Windows based). Demonstrate exceptional phone skills. Demonstrate flexibility, organizational skills and attention to detail. Demonstrate good time management skills and self-motivation. Demonstrate good interpersonal skills.

Hours:

Monday-Thursday 12:00pm-8:30pm and Friday 10:00am-6:30pm.
