Job Description

Dean Realty Co., a Kansas City based commercial real estate developer has an immediate opening for a Custodial Technician. Dean Realty Co. owns and manages several million square feet of both underground and surface buildings; warehouse, flex space and office properties. This position performs janitorial services consisting of general office cleaning, vacant unit cleaning, road sweeping using sweeping machine, window cleaning, warehouse cleaning and may perform minor maintenance tasks.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent


• Experience with janitorial cleaning and related activities


• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record


• Drug test and background check required


• Good mechanical aptitude


• Ability to lift 25 pounds


• Must be able to provide own transportation


• Good verbal and written communication
